Traditional Strength & Conditioning methods are usually applicaple from approximately 12 years old and up, but we also like to accomodate "miniature" athletes at times when the gym is quieter or as part of family training sessions:

We have soft-boxes, air-tracks, and a variety of balance equipment suitable for youngsters. Our coaches are experienced working with younger children and can help develop foundational motor-skills, basic gymnastic movements, propreception and coordination.

Several of our coaches are, or have been youth sports trainers and have a comprehensive knowledge of what is required to suceed in traditional youth sports.

(We ask that parents or guardians are present for the duration of childrens training sessions)
